What call quality can I expect?

Call quality will be as good if not better than a standard phone line. However it’s largely dependent on the quality and speed of your internet connection. But don’t worry, we can assess your current connection and advise accordingly prior to you placing an order.

How easy is it to set up?

It’s just a matter of plugging in the pre-configured phones we send you and you will be able to start making and receiving calls. Our technical team will, however, be on hand every step of the way should you need any help or advice.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes, in the majority of cases we will be able to port your existing phone number.

Can I add phone numbers?

Yes, we can provide you with additional phone numbers to use. You can choose numbers for any geographical location in the UK, regardless of your own physical location.

Can I use existing phones?

Any IP phone that uses SIP protocol should be compatable with our systems. If you are in doubt, just contact our help team for advice.

Can I add extensions at a later date?

You can add extensions to your plan at any time.
Start with a few, and add as many as your business grows. You can also add them for busy periods and remove them when you are done.

Can I forward calls?

Yes, it’s easy to turn call forwarding on and off and you can forward to your mobile, landline or any other extension.
